I've done a search and found multiple threads on how to do the TB bypass, so I'm good with that. My question that none of the posts mentioned is what is the size of the hose? Also, how long of a hose do I need for the bypass? I'm thinking 6" would be good.

My intake is back on already, so it'd be easier if I had the size off-hand. Then I can connect the bypass hose from the water outlet hose to the block and leave the 2 under the throttle body just hanging there since it's difficult to get my hand up underneath to disconnect them at the intake itself.

I think he's looking for how long the hose needs to be to complete the coolant loop, not what to do with the ******* on the bottom of the TB.

I used one of the existing lines to complete my loop. It was long enough and doesn't kink, so it worked well for me.

I know you don't want to take the intake back off, but one of the existing hoses is already the right length and in your possession. Also, having the two hoses dangling just adds two things to get in the way as you try to run the bypass hose.

You could just loosen the intake bolts enough to allow you to rock the TB up enough to get some needle nose pliers to the right clamps.

That's all I did.

I did the bypass when one of my original hoses started leaking many moons ago. I just cut one of the hoses off, took it to the parts store and matched it up with the bulk hose they had there.

I bought 1 ft (that's the minimum they would sell) and cut it to fit. It isn't hard.
