i loooked, i couldn't find anything, could you send a link?
Take off the passenger side cowl.
Take off the hoses attached to the surge tank.
Take off the electrical connections on the DPFE.
Loosen the EGR tube to valve fitting.
Loosen the bottom bolts on the rear surge tank supports.
Remove the upper bolts from the rear surge tank supports. The swing the rear supports down.
Remove the front surge tank supports.
Loosen one of each pair of rubber connector hose clamps.
Remove the fuel pressure regulator vacuum line.
Take off the surge tank.
Take off the hoses attached to the surge tank.
Take off the electrical connections on the DPFE.

Other then the easy process that Paul gave you, that's all I have to offer. Takes me about 30 to 40 minutes to get to the cams with hand tools only, much less time with pneumatics.
Also to add, to make things easier next time....
Move the ground strap to the top bolt on the surge tank support and put a washer between the strap that has the internal lockwasher and the large nut. This makes it a breeze to break loose and remove. And I removed the drivers side support altogether.
