Went out in the garage to go to work last week and the battery was dead. Used my charger/starter in the 100 amp start mode. The car started easily, but when it first turned over, the tach needle buried itself counterclockwise and somehow jumped over the peg. Polarity was definitely correct when battery cables were attached. Now it doesn't go anywhere as it is stuck.
What do you have to do to get access to the needle? shrug I see a couple of Allen screws under the upper dash housing. Any suggestions/help appreciated.
Thanks
