Will a stock '94 Thunderbird SC 70mm MAF housing work with the stock electronics from a Gen I 55mm MAF ? physically it bolts right on; just wondering if anyone has done this or can verify it will work.

You cannot modify the stock MAF housing or electronics without a proper tune. It will most likely cause your car to run lean.
