In Dec. I had a 3.2 swap done by NESHO The new motor had a full 60k and rod bearings done. The car had been running great and only throwing one code relating to the O2 sensors and a lean condition. About a month and a half ago I upgraded the fuel pump to a 190lph in preparation for a zex kit, still not yet installed, to be used occationally while at the track. Since then I have been having issues with a spudder. If I run the car hard at WOT about a minute or so later at regular acceleration the car bucks, surges, and bogs like it wants to stall and take off at the same time, or as if its miss firing or something and the CEL comes on. I depress the clutch, CEL goes off and the car drives normal. I also changed out my O2 sensors within the last 3 weeks but the same issues have occured before and after. It doesnt happen everytime but it only seems to happen after WOT. here are the codes I'm getting KOER
214: CID sensor circut failure
219: Spark output SPOUT signal open circut
528: Clutch switch circut failure (not sure if this matters but my A/C doesnt work and has been bypassed)
542: Fuel pump circut open connection electronic control assembly to motor ground
Do any of these have to do with the new fuel pump or the symptoms I'm having? Should I be down grading to a 155lph? I'd like the car to be running properly and dont intend on setting up the spray until the motor is running perfect. I just dont know where to go from here. any advice is most deffinitely appreciated.
