My cooling fan does not come on. I know it works because if I disconnect the fan control temp sensor (which I replaced trying to get the fans working) the fans will stay on. I had gotten a used ICRM and it didn't fix it. I have the same ICRM in another SHO and I will try swapping it out. Other than disconnecting the battery should I reset the ECU by stepping on the brake before or after installing it?
