My brother and I are going to swap my motor and trans from my 91 into my new (and MUCH nicer
) 92. My first question regards the climate control. My 91 doesn't have electronic climate control and the a/c didn't work to begin with. Is there any reason I wouldn't be able to directly hook up the electronic climate control when I do the swap? I'm assuming that there would be no reason this wouldn't work but was just wondering. Also, I've never done an engine and tranny swap on ANY car and was wondering (roundabout) how long this would take with an engine hoist (as we'll be using one). My brother lives for SHO's and knows a great deal and I also have done a good bit of work on them, so I don't see us running into too many problems. I just need some imput on how long it took other people to do the swap as I only have a period of about two weeks to get the car completely up and running before I have to rely on it again for work and whatnot. As always imput is greatly appreciated. Also, I've strayed away from the forum for the past couple of months due to some hostilities that I noticed but now that I've come back it has a whole new look and seems like its once again the friendly and helpful place that I remember. Great job to all those who worked to make the site better! :thumbs_u:
