Have some 3.0 parts I'd like to use on my 3.2, but not sure of whether they are compatible or not. Does anyone know if I can use the valve cover bolts, CPS, and DIS from the 3.0 for my 3.2?

Okay, thanks dude. I figured they would be but wasn't sure about the DIS cause the engine firing order is different between the 3.0 and the 3.2 I think.
The computer tells the DIS when to fire - so I guess it will work in either motor the same..

Okay okay... Rookie mistake... I don't know why, but that's what I thought.. That's the reason I wasn't sure if the DIS was interchangable...
