I have no experience with that brand, but I believe the reason why they do not list prior to 97 is because of a change in the size of bolts, from 12 to 14mm. I believe they will still fit either way.

According to the RockAuto catalog 96-98 control arm are the same and 99-07 are a different part number. FWIW
