I installed the suspension mods in my sig, and I have a few noises that wont go away. I have checked everything 10 times and nothing is loose. I took it to midas and they said the suspension looks good, but a few things might make me think it is suspension noise.

Left muffler has rattle IN it,

trunk latch has rattle,

ebrake cable rattle,

and rear rotor cover has rattle.

I tightened the ebrake cable, used JB weld on the rotor cover and that helped a lot.I think the rear noise is almost all gone, but the front noise is still there. It is a good old clunk over bumps. WHAT IS IT??? They say the suspension is ok, but what the &%$#. I think I am going to get some ASFB's and if that isnt it, i might just shoot my car. Please help me out. Thanks, Aaron

Yes, on the front make sure they are tight. I had mine come loose, and I locktited it and now it is clunk free. When they are loose they cause a lot of racket and can be very annoying.

Midas looked at them and said they were loose, but they tightened them. Also everytime I have looked, I couldnt budge them. Oh well.

The rear noise is not gone. I thought it was, but nope. It sounds like something resonating, almost like the spring in between the mount and the strut. There is a metal noise that goes along with the rubber sounding resonating. Any other thoughts.

Are your rear strut mounts orginal? For the front check and make sure the sleeve that the strut rod goes through has not broken off of the subframe.

Just because the end links are tight doesn't mean that they are not still bad. Think of them as small ball joints. They have some flexibility to move up and down where they bolt to the strut. I replaced mine 2 years ago and they are bad again. The sound is quite annoying.
