SuperChip trouble

My Sho had a superchip from the P.O. I recently took it out to see the difference and try to determeine an exhaust problem. When i disconnected the battery and reinstalled the chip is began to run rough until it stalled. It will start up be almost instantly stall out unless I give it gas. Even then it's misfiring and shooting out smoke. Any help....Thanks

I had the same problem, make sure that the chip is sitting in there straight and not leaning at the top or bottom. That might help?

If you remove the chip does it fix the problem?

connector was a little dirty
