does anyone have diagrams or knows how to remove the sunroof?

which part of the soonroof? the glass or the motor? the motor is under the upper console, the glass comes out by removing the 6 or so phillips screws on either side of the glass.

The whole thing.. I need to remove the sliding door.

The Taurus factory manual does a good job of dealing with this. The manuals are still available. I had to have the motor replaced on my SHO and the dealer refused to do it. They sent it out to a local body shop
