Sunroof Visor Removal?

I know there was a site somewhere that had this write up, to remove the old sunroof visor out of a Gen I....I checked superhighoutput.com but couldnt find it...someone help me out?

Thanks...last night I was in a rush..lol, I was trying to do alot of things to the SHO..like fixing the Moonroof Console ETC..
