subframe/suspension/swaybar bushings

95 sho taurus I usually ride in the passenger seat, it seems like something is beating on the floorboard under my foot going over bumps. it is very irritating and over time painful. I usually do the repairs on this car and sometimes drive it when I purchase car insurance. what is going on here?

As I was changing the transmission fluid and filter I hadn't had it in 4th to run the seafoam tranny treatment through it. so on the jack stands I took it into drive at about 110 mph but at about 55 and up I noticed the wheel on the right shaking quite a bit. I think it is the cvc axle may be low on grease, is it a good idea to slip some bearing grease in there and reuse the old boot?

it looks like the grease is fried, brown and not really slick but the wheel has a dent in it and I wanted to know if anyone had a drivers side sho wheel with a dent that they would swap for a passenger side wheel that is dented. since they are passenger or driver side specific.
