Subframe Recall...?

How do I tell if the recall has been done? The ford site says no recalls for my car, but am not sure if it has been done. I want to install my AL SFB's but don't want to get in there to find out it was not done.

Also, are those rubbing marks normal?

From the angle of the pic I think that looks like a front mount, though I don't see the nuts on the top of the mount. Can you rotate and clarify which mount it is?

If it is a front mount, then there wouldn't be a recall preformed on them anyway. Ford only recalled the rear subframe mounting hardware in "rust belt" prone cars.
