The problem I have isn't really the entire trunk, its just the spoiler. It sounds ridiculious, and I want to put something in between there...The problem is this, I'm not sure how waterproof that dynomat is. I used it in my other car and it worked pretty well, but I used it inside the trunk. I was also thinking something like a foam material in between the spoiler and trunk lid that would dampen the rattle, but the foam would absoarb moisture and damage the paint job most likely. Has anyone put anything in between the spoiler and trunk lid that actually worked?? thanks!

You're right about that. Much like a bra that isn't removed regularly and cleaned it'll cause damage or discoloration to the paint underneath.

I too have a little rattle and need to get the Dynamatt in mine (look out for my email Rickie, me wants!

) but you may want to try taking your spoiler off and putting a little clear silicon caulk along the edge where it touches the car. Not completely solved but it helped out alot. While you have the spoiler off you can clean the trunk lid and the underside of the spoiler as well.
