I have an issue with a slight hesitation/stumbling on takeoff when the engine is cold. Once it warms up, usually within a minute or two, it is fine. I recently (2 weeks ago) changed the spark plugs. Wires are fine and there was no oil in the plug wells. No codes are in memory either. I'm looking for suggestions on what to check next. I do NOT want to randomly change sensors looking for a cure.

Sounds alot like my issue that was going on with my SHO a little while ago. Thought it had to do with the colder copper plugs but I guess it didn't. I haven't noticed it since. The only thing I've changed is the O2's sensors, but I think it went away right before I changed them. Sorry I'm no help.

make sure you got the right plugs and right gap. right now i have autolite platinums. and they work pretty good!
check vac lines for leaks
or with your engine running you can spray some carb cleaner in the center of the v of your engine right below the fuel rails and if it revs up then you have a leaky manifold gasket. just be careful where you spray... lots of electronics around there.

I had a hesitation problem for awhile that I couldn't figure out. A few weeks later (while the hesitation persisted) the CE light came on for o2 sensors. Changed them out and the hesitation went away to never return (well not yet).
