stuck heads

have removed all head bolts but can not get the heads free. seem to be stuck. any ideas how to loosen them? thanks Ian

I have always had the heads come off relatively easily. Just to check, you removed the fuel rails, coolant crossover tube and the coolant tube end pieces, right?

To clarify easily a bit, I have a relatively SOFT 3lb dead blow hammer I use to tap the head with once I am sure all the bolts are out.
