Anyone know where I can get some, and know how strong I would really need? I am going to probably be forced to put spacers behind my rotors and then possibly another spacer in front of the rotor in the winter time, so I figure stronger studs are an order. Any of you guys that race and such have any recommendations? Also what is the thread pitch and such for our cars as I saw a lot of studs on summit, but don't know what the thread pitch is:thankyou:

How big is the spacer? If you can engage all the threads on the nut, you should be fine. I ran a pretty thick spacer on the SHO Stopper Jr. kit and didn't have any problems.

Also, if you're replacing your studs, you can get any thread pitch you want provided you have a matching lug nut.

Good point about getting new lugs with the new stud, and there would be a 3mm spacer behind the rotor and about a 5mm spacer in front of the rotor, so 8mm total which really scares me.

I looked to no avail. ARP, Summit, Jegs, nobody had anything that was correct. If you find some let me know. Funny thing too is that the knurled part was a different size for one aftermarket hub I bought then for the stock ones.

Todd sells his Wilwood kits (some) with "thick hats" and longer studs, so he must have a supplier. Might be worth a call.

I can find longer studs, but not stronger. I wished ARP made some instead of trusting what comes off the parts shelf.

I bet you could get them, or any company for that matter to make some. They might cost a bit more but I'm sure they would make some custom. I bet if you did a GB on it a lot of people would be interested, me included.
