Well, this is more informational just in case someone strips a screw, or comes across one, on their secondary butterflies.
As I'm removing the shafts, I just had to strip one bolt of the total 16 there. So, I had to spend some money to try and get the damned thing off.
At first, I just kept trying with various screw drivers to get it off. After about an hour I had a nice oval with no ridges in the top of the screw. So I used my stripped screw/bolt remover tool, which didn't work. It was the one they show on T.V., but this bolt is rather small.
So I just got out my drill and stuck a small bit on it. Started to drill and a couple seconds later the head just fell right off. So I just about had it. I turned the shaft to the other side and decided to drill from that side and just as I hit the other side, the screw fell right out.
It may sound like it didn't take me too much time, but this took place at around 7pm until 10pm and then 1 hour today to do it all. Pretty sad really.
Hope anyone who comes across this problem has better luck in time than I did.
If you are removing your secondary shafts and butterflies, spray as much carb out or the like cleaner as you can!!!!
