strange vibration

Im reposting this in the right category lol, anyway I purchased an SHO 14 with PP a few months ago, great car but it has this faint rattle-shudder noise around 2500 RPM only on occasion, seems like its in the dash or further forward on the drivers side,The Ford dealer wont even try to find it even thought the service manager took a ride with me and I got it to do it for him but, I left the car for a few days and they couldnt reproduce the sound. I can get it to do it only sometimes. any Ideas? Its seems to be coming from deep under the dash or maybe even farther forward, very hard to pinpoint, nothing else out of the ordinary it runs good and no other issues just annoying. I initially thought a shroud vibrating or a cat issue but maybe a relay or something like that, it is so inconsistent. The Ford dealer did a complete check on the lift, pulled the front wheels and found nothing. This is quite the challenge, Im guessing a relay or something like that. Is the appearance cover still on? Take it off and check all the hoses under and around there. Maybe the PTU vent extension is not properly secured. Or a hose. Maybe someone left a socket lying around somewhere. Definitely have to check underhood visually & handson.
