I recently purchased a 2010 SHO with only 3700 miles on it. So far my wife and I both really like the car. It replaced a 2006 Lexus so we had a good comparison. The only thing we noticed is that when you accelerate say between 30 50 mph we sometimes ( most times) can notice a light whirring growling noise that seems to be coming from drivers side somewhere. Is this a turbocharger noise my other thought was a speedo cable but the needle seems steady. thanks

If it's a whining type noise thats very faint then you are probably hearing the turbos spool up. Put a k&n filter in there and see if it gets louder.

Speedo cable is no longer. This has been done electronically for several years. I agree that it couldbe turbo noise, this coming for someone who can't hear it, even with my hearing aids. Enjoy the car. Read the forum as there are plenty of good tips and interesting reading of others mods and car issues.
