Straight pipe job(muffler and resonator delete

I just recently bought a 2013 Sho and had a muffler and resonator delete but kept the cats. Love the sound at idle and low Rpm’s but gets really raspy when I’m on the throttle. I do have a roush CAI and some bov adapters coming this week to help with the sound. Didn’t know if there was anything else I could do with the muffler job I have to deepen the raspy sound. Been looking a dynomax bullets or maybe like replace to stock cat and replacing it with a high flow on. Can anybody give me any pointers that I can do that won’t cost an air and a leg ?

3. Post in Gen 4 Maintenance/Troubleshooting or Performance to add another exhaust thread to the tons that already exist
4. Put the muffler/resonator back on or deal with poor sound

Pretty much.

The 3.5 EB sounds like trash. It is one of the reasons they put a v8 back in the Raptor.

so this forum is for the SHO model of the Taurus. You will sadly not find many options in aftermarket parts for straight pipes for a SEL. That will need to be performed at a muffler shop.
