Price is now $2800. And firm.
I have another car project somewhat lined up to begin this spring and would like this beautiful SHO to go to a good home.

I bought this SHO from a small used car lot about 2 years ago and was told it had only one previous older (55+) owner.
With that said, I know little about the car's history other than what the documents inside the glove box have lent me and what my personal experiences have been thus far.
So here's what I know:
There is NO RUST visible on any surface I've laid eyes on yet with this car. The paint is flawless save for a single light scratch on the left side front fender/bumper, which does not penetrate far enough for it to rust.
It has 103k miles, only the last ~4k miles were put on by me, and the car straight up runs like a top. The suspension is rock solid and the car feels more surefooted at 85mph (the fastest I've taken it) than my wife's much newer car does at 55.
No squeaks, no vibrations, no rattles whatsoever.
I've fixed almost all of the larger issues I found so far. This car needs:
1) LR power window motor -I rebuilt it and it worked for a month, I used general purpose grease to pack it and I assume it's just too thick.
2) AC blows hot -I just use the windows.
3) Electronic HVAC buttons are badly worn, but as you all know the display shows your selection.
4) The trans fluid probably should be changed, I haven't done it yet. May get to it when the weather warms up some.
5) The car also needs a new thermostat and probably could use a coolant flush, it is slow to warm up and the water hoses are cool still after 15 minutes at idle. Easy fix.
Major things I've replaced since owning:
Starter
Both pre-cat O2 sensors
Engine Coolant Temp sensor
CID cam position sensor
DIS ignition module
Vehicle Speed Sensor
rear pads and rotors
LR caliper
After the latest oil change, I reset the EEC and no codes have been set yet in the 500 miles thus far.
In the link to my photobucket album above, you will find some pictures of the SteelShield warranty sheet. SteelShield is a local company that offers undercoatings on new vehicles to dealerships in the area -only for vehicles that have never yet seen use on a public road. In my research I found only one interesting reference to their service: http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showpost.php?p=11404864&postcount=11
If there's anything else I missed that you would like to know, just ask and I'll do my best to find the answer if I don't know it. I can take additional pictures if there's anything you want to see closer. I have nothing to hide.
This is a very nice SHO, you won't find many with this low of mileage, with no rust, and non-adolescent-abused in this part of the country.
Anyone interested is more than welcome to come see it in person and drive it themselves.
