Both the pads on my 94MTX are touching the rotor just enough to create some drag and squeeking. I just had new ball joints put in and that is when this situation began. Are the brakes adjustible?

I can't see the LCA/BJ causing issue with brake drag.

Typically, the pads do contact the rotors. Some brake pads start to 'squeak' as a course of normal wear and tear to let you know that pad material is low and will require replacement soon.

Although it is much more rare on the front than the back, there is a possibility that the brake hoses have collapsed, but you would likely notice severely hampered braking. It would be a good time to upgrade to stainless steel brake hoses.

yeah i agree it is most likely the brake hoses, i had a similar peoblem with my firebird, the car would pull super hard to the side with the corroded/clogged break hose.
good luck
