Any recent maintenance done to the car? Are there any abnormal clunks coming from the front or rear of the car? Does it do when you go over bumps?

You are going to need to jack the car up and pop a tire off and start inspecting the susp. pieces and look to see if anything has failed, which Im guessing something has. My bets are the inner or outer tie rod is extremely worn on the Right (Pass.) side of the car.

Check the following:
Steering rack and sub frame bolts are tight.
RF caliper and brake hose (sticking)
Tie rod ends
Ball joints
tension strut rods and bushings

Ginger kina does that, but I'm told by more than one person that it is because her right rear cradle mount is gone/rusted away and has been replaced with a ghetto fix welded piece that isn't quite right..that's why she's going in early July for welding and re-do. I'm really hoping that fixes the problem because it really doesn't feel safe when it does that pulling to the right. Can't wait to see really...

The rack itself may have wear near the center location due to 24 years of resisting a right bias due to the crown in most roads.

Check you lower control arm. Moby's had a similar problem- and in short ot basically got stuck- right load kicked free- wheel shot to the right position. but, the usual quick check(unload tire and ****) usually appeared to be fine. Could probably take tire off- and check the actual joint- best way of course is to disconnect but I wouldn't recommend it just to look at....

When I got around to moby- just getting it off of the knuckle was nearly impossible - funny story I lived to tell.

Tension rod bushings, if it's happening on and off the accelerator.

As a test, have someone watch your front wheels while you clutch out from a standstill with the rear wheels chocked and the e-brake applied.

If the wheel jumps forward substantially under power, you're looking at replacing your tension/ strut rod bushings.

How about subframe inserts coming loose? Those have been a known problem and with the years and miles piling up I would expect more to crop up with that issue. Including I think my own '94.

I didn't see mentioned anywhere that you got it aligned after replacing the tie rod ends. If the toe in is way out of whack, it will make it act goofy (and wear your tires like crazy).
