Steering squeak when wheel is moved

My sho has got a loud squeak when the steering wheel is moved.
It sounds like rubber rubbing together when the wheel is moved.
Have tried to pinpoint it but have not been able to.
Sounds like some needs some wd-40 or something.I know its in the tie rod area or spring area. Anyone ran into this before.Its very loud from outside the car.

It could be the original, ungreasable tie rod ends or the upper spring pad rubbing the inside of the strut tower. Without being able to hear the noise or the direction, all we can do is provide things to check.

It does it either way you turn the wheel. even if you just move the wheel a touch it squeaks.seems like it is tight anyhow.To me it is like rubber moving against rubber.
any ideas? thanks

Read my previous post for my thoughts, but I would take the wheel off and grab the tie rod end with my hand and push and pull on it to see if it is the squeaker.
