Steering!!plz help!!

I have a problem with my steering. When i steer to the right it steers fine but when i steer to the left at more than 5 mph it turns hard and when i got my car just idling and i turn the wheel to the left it turns kinda "lumpy".... its almost like its missing a bearing or something!!its done it since i got it (2 mnths ago) its just now that its starting to bother me!!thanks for any info.

Replace the rack. Sounds like it is bad.
