Steering issues

I have a 94 MTX with 130,000 miles. Runs perfect. Steering a little loose at low speed. New steering rack and ball joints. There is a small leak which I believe comes from the Power Steering unit as my oil engine oil level never changes. Could that PS leak be the problem? How do you get to the unit?

Sometimes it the PS hoses , rarely the rack itself.
