I thought that I need a new starter, but the reason it wouldnt crank up is because the cable thats connected to the solenoid (not the thick one) is lose. When I turn the key it would just click. I cant see it and have to work on feel. How can I get that cable out? I dont think its got a clip on it, and I tried pulling it and hitting it with a wrench and only made fireworks in my garage. Also where's the fuse for the AC located?

Don't quote me but I believe the fuse you're looking for is the bottom left one, and should be a 15 amp.
BTW, "howdy neighbor!" (You're only about 3 hrs away hehe) If you ever need any major work done and don't mind a drive, there is an AWESOME guy in Sarasota that helped me do a lot of stuff on my old '94... He's very reasonable, and extremely good! :thumb:

Ok i'll check if thats it, but I still gotta crank up that car, lol. I forgot to change my profile when I moved out of that hole. I used to drive to Jacksonville all the time though, just took I4 all the way to the end. Ive been in vegas for only 2 month and already became an alcoholic, drug addict and lost all my money and started selling chronic... j/k.

Disconnect the battery ground cable before you work on the starter from now on to try and save on sparks, you need those for the inside of the starter. ;)

On my 95 ATX it's a push on female spade receptacle attached to the thin wire.. If you're only getting a single click when trying to start, it is probably the connection of the thick cable to the solenoid that is loose or dirty.

There are two fuses in the inside fuse panel that are related to the AC. A 30 amp (green) located directly below the round turn signal flasher in fuse position number 9, and a 15 amp(blue) located directly to the left of the flasher unit in position number 17. This of course after you flip the fuse panel down to the open position.

Ok I'll try to clean and tighten the thick cable. The thin one is gunna come right out if I pull it like a man?

In referring to it as "that hole", I'm assuming you didn't like Lakeland? I've only been there a couple of times (to the Lakeland Ctr for various events) but thought it was pretty nice except for all the old people that don't know how to get out of the way. Though I absolutely love Vegas... you haven't gotten tired of it there yet? :)

I was not old enough to live in Lakeland yet. Too many old people live there and when u wanna go out there's nothing but country clubs. Not exactly my style, lol. I like Vegas lots, here I have a lot more opportunities and can get in trouble so much easier.

Both fuses were fine, I'll have to take the car to AC tech, as soon as I get that starter fixed.
