stalling when cold

94 mtx, 180k,,, has an issue when it is cold, if you back off the throttle sometimes it will just stall, not good if your coming into a curve. other than that it runs great. Any ideas what may cause this.

TPS {throttle position sensor} Only does it when cold?

IAC {idle air control}
sticks and wont move fast enough to keep the engine from stalling when the throttle blade closes quickly.
