Hey all, I have a 2011 Sho PP, I've had an annoying sputtering, stuttering and a little gasp when accelerating either up a grade, or while at highway speeds on a quick acceleration to pass another car. Airaid cold air intake, Livornois thermostat, Oil Separator, Stage 3 Motorsports tune. Replaced the turbo boost pressure relief valve, intake temp sensor and MAP sensor, which didn't fix the issue. Anyone have any advice, I would appreciate it very much.

In addition to checking for a boost as mentioned above, if you have a scan tool with datastream mode or Forscan, monitor for misfire counts while the sputtering is happening. Checking the Long term fuel trim (LTFT) in the diagnostic tool may also provide some idea on where to look as well.

There's a lot of plumbing to and from the turbo that could have a loose connection causing a boost leak. That would be the place to look for a boost leak first. If you have access to a smoke machine it can help locate such boost leaks from hose clamps, etc.

I had this same problem. it was an exhaust and my plug gap was wrong.

Sounds like blow off valve kicking in if you hear it audibly kick out air. I had a loose vacuum line on the boost solenoid that was causing the BOV to flutter open like you described before coming completely off and staying open completely.
