I was told that you can remove up to 1.5 coils out of Eibach springs and be safe. As far to say that they are strong enough. Would you say that this theory is true or not. If this is done even with a camber kit car you car loose alignment so bad that you can't get it back or even close to stock.

why.....

the point of lowering a car, other than center of gravity, and looks is to have that negitive camber... when you go into a corner with that camber, the tires bite harder.. thats why eibachs are "horse power for the turns"

I dont see the advantage to lowering the car as much as you speak of, other than it being a pita to drive around.... also, the eibachs are a progressive rate spring, so I dont think chopping them off would be such a bright idea...

Thanks for that info man. All my friends say that the car is not low enough. I guess that it is more for the looks of the wheels hugging on top the the tires.Do you think that it would be better to find some SHO shop linear springs will that get me lower.

You could possibly splurge and go for a set of coil overs from IPT. I've heard they are the greatest. Pretty much set any ride height you want. Their website is www.iptech.tv
