Speedometer Needle

I just purchased a 1999 SHO, and I've noticed while driving that the speedometer needed kinda jerks when i either go over a bump, or press the brakes, and sometimes increase acceleration. What would be the cause of this and how would i get it fixed?

Maybe a loose or corroded connection. Places to check are the ABS computer, PCM and the back of the IC.
