Bought my 2014 with 50k miles and am coming up on an oil change. I'm wanting to change the plugs as I'm not sure if it's had them changed ever. What does everyone suggest? Brand, part #, gap etc

Thanks!

Motorcraft SP534 (should be at 0.030 gap already, which is perfect)
I second this motion. But check the gaps if you're running a hotter tune. A .004 deviation is fine for stock or mild tunes, yet unacceptable for hotter tunes with higher boost levels or more heavily advanced timing.

I used NGK plugs I purchased pre-gaped from Brew City Boost at 0.028 and so far they have made a big difference. I did a Cold Air at the same time so not sure which one helped more but its noticeably more responsive and I gained almost 2.5 average MPG. That being said I read somewhere 2012 where gaped a lot wider then later models so my gaps where way off.

2010-2012 came with SP528s, yeah gaps were all over the place. Pretty much everyone is running SP534s or NGKs. Yes gaps are very critical with aggressive tunes or meth injection.

I believe the SP534 were the ones that came with my LMS Stage 1 V10 tuning kit. I also am pretty sure that you can change the OEM 528 plugs with 534 but not the other way around.

Does it change for meth? I guess I never asked and no one has talked about it that I have came across.
