I don't think this would be connected to the use of nitrous. Is the wire actually seating properly on the plug? My guess is that the wire has been somehow damaged, and the forces involved in racing are just enough to pull the plug wire off of the plug. Also, check the routing of the plug wire. There is also the chance that you have the wire routed in some way that it is being pulled.

you have good motor mounts? Adding on the previous post if the motor is rocking when you hit it, maybe just enough to pop the wire off?

My motor does not move. I have custom solid motor mounts. I am thinking just a bad plug wire..but it did it on the back middle also..But i will go pick up so new wires and let everyone know how it goes...

Try swapping a couple wires just to make sure that you have found the problem. There is a chance that the plug itself may have been formed incorrectly.

I'd say, grab the hot glue gun and glue those puppies down!!!!!! no seriously though, grab a pair of pliers and give the end a lil squeeze, the end that connects to the plug, close the clamp alil bit and plug it back down, see if that works! watch it the other end crimps the wire! That is awesome you have the silly gas, push the go baby go button once for me :thumb:

Are they old wires or new? My friends 92 would do that with an old set of wires. I figured it was just the cold air expanding pushing the worn out wires off. He was having a hard time blowing away stock grand ams but I thought it was just his driving. :D Then we took it to Montana and I couldn't keep it in fifth going over the passes. I thought that was odd and when I checked it out at the gas station, two of the wires were popped off. Squeezing the end down more like n8rsk8r suggested did the trick until they were replaced.

If there is water in the wells and its boiling off it could be enough to unseat the plugs. Ive had that happen before.

I had this exact problem in the last year...it was the wires just wearing out. My back middle plug wire would just randomly pop off...out of the blue. I replaced it with another wire that I had from a previous SHO, and it fixed it, and then the front middle starting popping off randomly...so I just bought all new wires and new spark plugs...one has not popped off since. :thumb:
