I was going to replace my spark plugs on my 2015 when I get my LMS tune. Has anyone done this before? And if you did was it a PIA to get the back ones? Thanks

Very easy to do on this engine.

I just pulled mine the other day to check them/re-gap with my tune in route; and guess I was one of the lucky ones, SP534's all gapped at .30 from the factory (also a 2015). Only 8000 miles on mine, so didn't feel it necessary to buy plugs at this time.

I have 21,000 on mine and I have motorcraft SP-534 plugs I was going to use with the lms tune. These plugs look to be pregapped @ .030. Think these will work? Or if its really necessary to change plugs?

I would like to say that in your case it shouldn't be necessary as well... The only factor of uncertainty is if there is any value to changing plugs at 21,000 miles. I wouldn't think so, given that these plugs should have a good lifespan; but I'm new to the SHO myself, so hopefully someone with more experience than myself can chime in.

You won't know what the plugs in the engine are gapped at until you pull them & measure. Same with new plugs. They are SUPPOSED to be a certain gap, but no guarantees.

I did mine at 45k. Measured the gap and it was all the way out at .040.

I am not sure if this project was already attempted but if not I would recommend removing the strut tower brace at least for the rears. I also got a special dedicated socket from AutoZone it had the socket, and extension all as one piece to prevent the socket from coming off. Took me about 5-10 minutes for the rears. I did the rears first then re installed the strut tower cross brace. Two bolts for each side and well worth the extra minute or two. Remove, gap and replace....don't forget the Anti-Seize on the threads.
