I guess it's been like a year and a half since I visited the forum. Caught up on the five posts I missed. May as well add a sixth. Still own a SHO. Still have a messy garage. Sadly, the SHO has just sat around for the last couple years. Car cover disintegrated this winter, need to order a new one before summer gets here.
Was driving home the other day wondering how Tom, Eric, Rav and Nick were doing. I suspect Tom is the only one still around these parts. I think I shall start to come around more often again.
Welcome back Troy. Yup, that's right, just referred to myself in the third person. :)

I've been spending more time with other projects, but my 89 still goes nicely, though the 14 year old clearcoat is rapidly parting ways from the paint.

She also lived under a car cover until the top completely disappeared one day. New, heavier duty, car cover in hand, but I'll be driving her to and from work for the next week or so to give her some exercise before going idle again.

Switching between the SHO and the Speed3 is interesting. Very different power curves, very different approaches on the road. And I'd still rather drive the SHO at 80+ MPH on long cruises. Even in 6th, the Speed3 is at higher revs than I'd like for cruising.

I'll be trying another crank sensor to see if this one can withstand summer driving.
