I love my DXD! It's the 6-puck sprung hub disc with the modified HD pressure plate. It's a little stiffer than stock but not too noticable. I've noticed it engages a little more aggressively as well, but again, it's not too bad. I say stick with either one of the Southbend clutches. The 3 that they have are really good and from what I can tell they have great customer service. Every one I've talked to says the same thing too. Of course, it's your car so you have to decide for yourself. 
The other one I will recommend is the shonut clutch. Josh is good to his customers as well! the clutch he sells is supposed to be a really good one, although I haven't had any experience with it so I don't know first handed. I'm just going by what people told me when I was looking. I was in between the DXD, the spec stage 3 and the shonut fibertuff.
