So Many Codes

Hey all,

my 1990 SHO is throwing all sorts of codes:
22
35
51
52
53
54


all of which indicate that some sensor is unplugged or exceeds the test limits.

What do you guys think the deal is?

Check the integrity of both the Vref and the SIG RTN lines from each of the indicated sensors (MAP/BARO, ECT, IAT, EGR Position) to the PCM.

One is probably open due to a faulty splice or wiring connection.

No such thing as a "0" blink.

That's a '1' and is a separator pulse. See the testing protocols.

I have a tester and it flashes a code 10...

Along the lines of what Steve said, there is no such thing as an EEC-IV code that has a zero as one of the digits. A zero cannot be counted in blinks or needle sweeps, so they aren't used.

Accordingly, there is no "10" code.

If I had to guess, I'd say that all those sensors share a common ground, and that ground is disconnected. It'd account for all the sensor high codes. I don't have a Gen 1 wiring diagram in front of me, but if someone else does, and they could verify that, it'd be great.
