Slight miss between 2K-3K

When cruising (in any gear) and then pushing the gas my car studders a little between 2K and 3K and then after that it seens to be fine. I pulled codes:

KOEO

15 - Had to jump it this morning

83 - High Electro Drive Fan circuit fault - A/C and Fan Circuits
EGR Control solenoid - Solenoids
3.0L SHO - Low Speed Fuel Pump Relay circuit - Power / Fuel Pump Circuits

91 - (R, M) System running lean - Fuel controlll
Transmission SS 1 circuit/solenoid problem - Transmissions

KOER
91 - (R, M) System running lean - Fuel controlll
Transmission SS 1 circuit/solenoid problem - Transmissions
77 - goose test

Think its time for a new fuel pump? Or should I start with something smalller first? As far as I know its the original fuel pump (But i'm the second owner) with 155K.

I think I am going to try the furel filter first. I don't hear any whining before I start the car so I don't want to jump into a fuel pump right away.

Update

I changed the fuel filter last week with no change

I checked fuel pressure today after the car was warm. Key on engine off was about 22-24 PSI. Car running at idle was 30-32 PSI. When I pulled the vaccum line off the FPR it was 40 PSI. I think the only number that seems low is with the key on engine off. Any thoughts?
