Big Joe, sounds like one of the SHO owners who disclaims others and is solo. Something I'm thinking of doing and staying away from other SHO owners since they think they know it all and talk of things they never experienced and try to say in other words, your an a$$. I know of many and heard of many SHO owners that have walked away from the crowd and managed on their own to sup their SHO up and keep it top secret. Looks as if you ran into one of the locals like that...I'll stay on the hush. There's many others out there too that keep their SHO and mods to theirselves and are also faster then the ones that most on the forum consider the fastest, like Marks which is known to be the fastest on the forum at the track. It's just something to think about and also all the ones that walked away after being told by the great amount of members on the forum that they're full of BS. Now I know after this it's going to flare up and all these people are going to disagree and that will be another reason proved of why they walked away. Later.

I want to see you and all other SHO owners in the DFW area on Sat. March the 8th at the SVT meeting at John Eagle Lincoln/Mercury in Dallas at 10:30. There's a free lunch after the meeting. Before you pass any judgement on the SHO club you need to meets us face to face, not just over the net, people may be a lot different in person. So get your but over there and hang with us dude.

Wasn't me in my silver one although I cruise through Denton from time to time.

If it was me you would definately know my exhaust.

WHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!

P.S. I found a guy in Arlington with a 93MTX yesterday. His name is Miguel and I gave him our info. Let us know if your reading this Miguel.

Don, we need some cards made up. I'll help spring for them. Office Depot has 1000 for $20 bux.

The cards don't seem bad Murph. I see SHO's left and right all the time and they aren't even on the list or forum. I'd say I see at least 3-4 different SHO's in a week. Heck, I even know where 4 of them live and can slap some cards on the door. There's a guy right by me (down the street) that own two SHO's, a Gen I and II and the Gen I looks kind of modded, well it is if I can say so. :D

yea but the thing is, i see sho's all the time too. problem is they are all owned and driven by old ladies (atleast all the gen2's and gen3's) because its a taurus with leather and an automatic and is alot cheaper and easier to drive than a lincoln towncar, until the transmission blows up. i could point out 4-5 sho's within 5 miles of my home, but all of them are driven by old women in their 50's and 60's. and they're all green!!

I know what ya mean by loners. I have bumped into a couple of SHO owners and only one has even heard of shoforum, but they all had mods. my friend and I know about cars and if they thought it had boost, it probally did. hopefully I can see this guy my self and talk to him.

I asume the invite to the DFW sho club was to everyone. I would enjoy meeting ya'll face to face. Do I need to sign up or what??? more info about the club would be apreciated.

see ya later.

Yea we have some strick rules to join.

1. Own a SHO
2. Live somewhere in Texas.
3. Be a nut about your SHO.

If you are 1 of the aboved your aready in the club.

Wecome aboard.

My suggestion to you is to start a free yahoo email account and then go to topica.com and search for lsshoc and join the list. That is a message board the SHO guys go to to talk back and forth on. If the search doesn't work use this URL www.topica.com/lists/lsshoc/

Looking foward to meeting you Bigjoe, and we do have some members in Denton. In fact one of our members is the program director for the City of Denton.

Yeah BIGJOE, That would be me. I'm the Manager of Information Systems for the City of Denton. I've been in/around Denton for 15 years. You think it's humble now? You should have seen it 15 years ago!
I'm the white GenII with the Graphite Slicers - parked around the Police Station weekdays.

LOL, Craig doesn't know me that well! I do get on my car, but I'm very conscientious of how I drive her (i.e. I don't abuse her). She does see redline on occasion every day.

In answer to the question: no, it wasn't me; but yes, I do drive a lot at night, listening to my tunes, usually cruising through the Keller/Watauga/Ft. Worth area on 377, 1709, and 820. On really long nights, I often trek into Dallas on 121 or 183 and up into Flower Mound. Just depends on where the wind takes me. :)
