My front pass side stipe of molding has come undone from the door, at the door seam, any ideas how to seal it back down so that I can open the pass door fully without ripping the rest on that molding?

I'm assuming you're talking about the rubber gasket? If so, you could put a bit of clear silicon sealant on it. It should hold it in place nicely, help to maintain the seal and it stays flexible. Be careful about other glues/epoxys...some will melt the rubber material.

no it's the actual plastic trim half way down the door, where the 'SHO' is inscribed, and it has been pulled away right where the front door meets the front fender.
