Granted I am a little partial to Ford...but I think the Taurus looks much nicer than the SS. Definitely looks larger... Is the SS a rebadged G8??

Pretty much... They put a few new exterior parts on, with an updated interior.
It's still just a Chevy

I'm with you...I think the Taurus is more distinctive than the SS (I love my boat). Pretty much...some design changes, but basically fills the place of the G8.
Everyone is always asking him, "what is that an Impala, a Malibu", so I call it the Impalibu...it drives him crazy. His plate is "JUST SS" and they still ask.

This thread has me laughing- I live in Miami Beach and almost every time I park my SHO, either parallel or in a parking lot, an exotic always parks next to me. Recently its been Lambos and Porsches. I don't take pictures of their cars with mine (personal reasons) but it happens to me all the time. The only photo I have to share is a cop parking next to me.

Glad we're able to amuse you but don't really understand what's so funny! We're all car guys and I appreciate any type of car from old classics to muscle cars to exotics. I take pics of all nice cars, I read car magazines, car stuff all over Internet, etc. There's all kinds of exotics right here in Omaha Nebraska too! I can litter this thread with pics but here's a couple. Lastly, I just thought it's a compliment to have a real nice car park next to your SHO because those people are particular where and who they park next to!

Absolutely a compliment when an exotic parks next to your vehicle. The part I find amusing is when I park in a parking lot filled with "undesirable" vehicles, and an exotic parks next to me, my SHO goes from the best vehicle in the parking lot to just another vehicle.

I don't have a clue what parks next to our SHO since it's my wife's daily driver, but when its home, my F450 looks pretty good next to it!
