Monroe Sensatracs will work fine. People have been running Monroe /Eibach for years.

Post in the Want to buy section. I have seen cars for sale that have Koni installed and other mods, but you have to get the whole car. The Shosource site say Monroes should work with those springs.

The least expensive price I have found for Monroe Quik struts is on Amazon. I got full Quik struts for $35 each for the rears and about $70 each for the fronts. The price drops a couple times a year and you have to keep watching it. The original part numbers are the ones discounted, 171780 and 171781. Free shipping as well when I ordered at least two to put you over the free shipping price

I did the same thing when I installed the Eibachs, I swapped out the Monroe springs. It was cheaper to get the whole strut assy than buying the piece parts.

Yes I did and the ride with konis is really really grounded. Of course I wrecked it shortly after that so I am in total rebuild mode now. A little stiff but nothing unmanageble by any means. Really really happy with it. Now just to drive it again. The picture is just after they were installed and at the shop to be aligned.

I just took a pair of long body Konis off my old 95 that is unfortunately heading for the scrap yard.

One issue with running underdamped (for the Eibach/B&G spring rate) is that you can fatigue the steel in the spring more rapidly leading to spring sag.
