Just a note, I had some great customer service delivered by SHONUT recently.
I order a pair of idler bearings and an alum bushing kit and Joshua forgot to put the second bearing in. Joshua immediately notified me and after making a few mailing suggestions went out of his way to make sure the second bearing was delivered asap.
I believe he had to hand deliver it to another post office near the border....
The second bearing arrived as I finished putting in the alum bearings (2 days later)... everything was perfect.
As I'm sure many people have experienced, bad customer service can really ruin your day....
I wanted to publically thank Joshua for going out of his way to ensure my patronage from now on..
