Shocks + springs

Hi! Anyone here tried to upgrade suspension with H&R springs? Interested in it but I'm unsure of its ride quality. By the way, my shocks are blown. So far I looked at Koni, KYB, and Bilstein shocks. What's a better combination with this brand of springs in your opinion? In case you have the Bilstein B6, how's the ride quality with the springs?

H&R looks awesome, coupled with a good sway bar and it's good for autocross. Ride quality is horrible, drive the car for a few hours and you get beat up. My shocks are original, maybe time for new ones also

I replaced with motorcraft struts with HR springs. Ride is slightly rougher but imo not bad. Just a bit stiffer but not as near as floaty as stock springs
