Record, clear, drive, retest. Show the full code (PXXXX). With this little bit, it looks like a fuel issue. Either sensor, lack of fuel or an injector(s) stuck wide open.

Any chance the o2 would cause this?

Faulty--fuel pressure sensor, pump, leaky line,, Not enough fuel or pressure in the rail

check fuel pressure at the rails and make sure it is within spec.

Same bank for O2 sensor failure.

Usually codes are listed in order of importance so my 1st guess is fuel over O2 but you could be right. Not enough experience with this specific fuel system.

I would Record, clear, drive, retest. Show the full code (PXXXX). The full list and fault code numbers will go far in diag. Generally, once you start looking up codes, they will say ignore X if Y is present. No, I do not think it is an O2. That would normally trip the O2 code maybe a bank lean/rich code, maybe mess with STFT/LTFT. With the first picture showing pressure is low, I would suspect a lack of fuel, a bad sensor, or stuck open injector(s).

Maybe too sock on LPFP is clogged, due to age of car, chocking HPFP, a stuck injector which I dealt with just a few months ago, was agony, but only showed it true colors under hard acceleration and would put car into limp mode, you will get random trouble codes, I would have random misfire codes, but never the one for cylinder that had the leaky injector.

mileage on your SHO? maintenance history?

fueling issues are not common on this generation aside from injectors, which apply to every MY of the TT SHO. but always a good idea to track fueling behavior.

if an injector IS stuck open, it will dump fuel into the cats and destroy them, but you can also smell the fuel out the tailpipe to confirm.

chafing wiring on knock sensors is a common issue on this gen and false knocks can cause power reduction.

maybe there is a boost leak or plugs are plumb wore out.

"When I had my LPFP replaced the dealer test drive resulted in the motor dying and failed restart.... Which was the original problem I had. I also had a communication code when I looked with my tuner before that dealer trip. Anyway, they replaced the fuel control module next... (sorry, don't have the part number handy)... And that resolved the problem for me. Apparently it was the major problem due to sending bad information to the ECU. After that she's been flawless, if not better than new. I believe the units begin to partially fail for some time before enough happens to set a DTC. My service advisor looked it up and said that HPFP failure is pretty uncommon... So the FRP drops because the HPFP can't get the fuel to pump. Hope this helps."

I acquired mine at 38,000 and now have 60,000 miles. Unknown on prior maintenance, when I acquired it I changed all fluids, spark plugs and O2s. Spark plugs at that time showed no evidence of a leaking injector, there is issues, and dealer informed me that our platform seems to have a higher rate of failure than F150 Ecoboost injectors, I blame myself, I probably didn't flush out the line as good as I should have when I installed the DW300 LPFP and ended up screwing up the one injector with debris.

Being that it is isolated to one bank, I would look into an injector on that bank being stuck open. As a separate problem, it looks like you have a bad o2 sensor. Bad o2 sensors will make a care bias lean for emissions reasons. That would be less fuel and more pressure. I would next look at STFT and LTFT. As the o2 looks like heater circuit errors, it may still be giving a good reading. If the system is trying to add fuel, I would look at supply. If it is trying to take away fuel, I would say injectors are stuck open and washing cylinders down. Does the exhaust smell rich? Is your oil overfull? Does the oil smell like fuel?
