I acquired mine at 38,000 and now have 60,000 miles. Unknown on prior maintenance, when I acquired it I changed all fluids, spark plugs and O2s. Spark plugs at that time showed no evidence of a leaking injector, there is issues, and dealer informed me that our platform seems to have a higher rate of failure than F150 Ecoboost injectors, I blame myself, I probably didn't flush out the line as good as I should have when I installed the DW300 LPFP and ended up screwing up the one injector with debris.mileage on your SHO? maintenance history?
fueling issues are not common on this generation aside from injectors, which apply to every MY of the TT SHO. but always a good idea to track fueling behavior.
if an injector IS stuck open, it will dump fuel into the cats and destroy them, but you can also smell the fuel out the tailpipe to confirm.
chafing wiring on knock sensors is a common issue on this gen and false knocks can cause power reduction.
maybe there is a boost leak or plugs are plumb wore out.
Being that it is isolated to one bank, I would look into an injector on that bank being stuck open. As a separate problem, it looks like you have a bad o2 sensor. Bad o2 sensors will make a care bias lean for emissions reasons. That would be less fuel and more pressure. I would next look at STFT and LTFT. As the o2 looks like heater circuit errors, it may still be giving a good reading. If the system is trying to add fuel, I would look at supply. If it is trying to take away fuel, I would say injectors are stuck open and washing cylinders down. Does the exhaust smell rich? Is your oil overfull? Does the oil smell like fuel?Has these codes
