SHO VAK unit

I was wondering what a SHO VAK unit is and what does it do, I was on http://www.midwestsho.com/vaksho.html
just browsing and saw it but don't understand what it is or what it does????
can some one fill me,

It does what the UDPs do as far as freeing up HP but 2 to 3 times better. And is only in effect on demand. Plus as many items can be triggered by it as you can think of.
