Hey all!
Been driving a Charcoal Gray Limited for years and LOVE the Taurus. Aside from being fairly powerful in it's own right, driving the tollway in a vehicle that for all intents and purposes looks like a state police car certainly has it's benefits when you roll up behind the slow (or fast) driver in the left lane. Once popped up in the rear-view of a custom Porsche and he downshifted so hard, I thought I was going to meet him in his front seat.
Been looking at SHO's for a while and finally stumbled across a 2015 SHO in Tuxedo Black Metallic with only 22K... and that's when my brain apparently left the building. Has everything except the PP but not like I notice when I put my foot in it. The Limited was never short on get up and go but the SHO keeps going and going and going. This ridiculous smile won't leave my face and I keep finding excuses to have to go somewhere and take the long way as well. Sure hope I see that Porsche again... got a surprise for him.
By the way, anyone know where I can get the official production data for 2015 model year? Seen the breakdown for 2013 a while back but don't recall the origin.
Keeping the Limited BTW. Has 194-K and still hauls ass. Comparatively of course.
